Director, Strategic Accounts - AIThis is a hybrid position; you will be required to be onsite at our California, San Jose office likely 1-2 times a week, with some flexibility around this. We will only consider candidates who are a commutable distance to San Jose and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the Role:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential AI technology partners. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to establish and nurture these alliances, aligning them with organizational goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives both internally and at partner organizations. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to maximize partnership potential.
- Negotiation and Agreement Management: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and business agreements. Ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define partnership objectives and drive joint initiatives. Facilitate integration and alignment of partner solutions and GTM with company offerings.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities and potential threats. Develop strategies to leverage these insights for business growth.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships. Track and report on partnership performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
About You:
- : At least 8 years of experience in strategic alliance management, preferably within the AI technology industry. Recommended experience with Silicon (SoC), Operating System (OS), and App ecosystems.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of GenAI technologies
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferable, an MBA or advanced degree is a plus, or equivalent experience.

The starting pay range for this position is $162,950.00-$267,695.00. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations. For further details, please discuss with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
