What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with the Sales Campaigns Manager and the Central Europe Sales Operations team on developing the sales development strategy to meet EMEA sales goals
  • Developing and implementing the Sales Development strategy for Tesla in Central Europe, aligned with overall business objectives to unlock new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, including sales, product, and communications, to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
  • Support with event logistics and digital campaign implementation, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
  • Create guidelines and guardrails for the markets to operate within sales development campaigns
  • Coordinate the implementation of national and regional approaches to sales development initiatives; i.e sales pop-ups, digital partnerships, mailings and other lead generation & conversion campaigns
  • Manage third parties such a agencies and vendors and respond to external brand requests
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events and/or partnership and lead generation campaigns
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas effectively
  • Fluent in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
