What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the Sales Campaigns Manager and the Central Europe Sales Operations team on developing the sales development strategy to meet EMEA sales goals
Developing and implementing the Sales Development strategy for Tesla in Central Europe, aligned with overall business objectives to unlock new sales opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally, including sales, product, and communications, to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
Support with event logistics and digital campaign implementation, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
Create guidelines and guardrails for the markets to operate within sales development campaigns
Coordinate the implementation of national and regional approaches to sales development initiatives; i.e sales pop-ups, digital partnerships, mailings and other lead generation & conversion campaigns
Manage third parties such a agencies and vendors and respond to external brand requests
What You’ll Bring
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events and/or partnership and lead generation campaigns
Experience managing large-scale campaigns, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas effectively
Fluent in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
