Key Responsibilities:

Pricing strategy and setting

  • Analyze Pricing data and elaborate tactical and strategic recommendations
  • Develop value-based pricing strategies in collaboration with the marketing teams and localize them based country market dynamics
  • Lead development ofperformance-driven customer price guidance
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence (COE) to execute initiatives at divisional level

Price reporting

  • Ownership of divisional pricing reporting towards leadership
  • Support the preparation of pricing reports for Monthly/Quarterly business reviews incl. preparing the template, conducting deep dive investigation for report interpretation, and drafting insights

Pricing execution support and tools

  • Support local forums for monthly review of price and margin metrics and discussion of pricing initiatives

Your Profile

  • Degree in management, economics, engineering, or related discipline
  • At least 3 years work experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations roles
  • Exposure to Medtech industry will be highly appreciated
  • Deep knowledge and proven expertise in the field of Pricing strategy and execution
  • Fluency in English is a must, strong written and verbal communication skills. Native or C1 level of additional European languages is a plus
  • Analytic & strategic mindset, data-savvy, detail-oriented
  • Capable to communicate complex concepts and findings in a simple and immediate manner
  • Team player, promoting collaboration and works effectively with others across the organization to achieve goals and uncover opportunities
  • Ability to influence and challenge sales and marketing leaders on commercial topics with confidence
  • Tableau proficiency would be a plus
