In this role, you will be responsible to:
Evolve Pricing Framework:
o Project manage the development and roll-out of new pricing tools to enhance decision-making and execution across markets.
o Work cross-functionally to streamline pricing processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with commercial goals.
o Proactively contribute innovative ideas to improve current processes, tools, and solutions.
o Drive usage of pricing analytics, fostering a pricing mindset culture across the organization.
Drive decisions based on reporting and analytics by:
o Conducting ad-hoc analyses to delve into identified pricing challenges or opportunities.
o Define and track key pricing KPIs, ensuring performance aligns with marketing and commercial objectives.
o Providing input for the development and optimization of analytics and dashboards to enhance data-driven decision-making for pricing execution, monitoring key behaviors, patterns, and areas requiring attention
Stakeholder & Change Management:
o Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing pricing decisions through data-driven insights and storytelling.
o Drive a pricing mindset across the organization, ensuring alignment between commercial and financial goals.
Professional Background:Over 5 years of experience in Pricing, Analytical roles, or Program Management within structured environments.
Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage complex pricing-related projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, influence different stakeholders, and oversee execution from start to finish.
Change Management Expertise:Experience in implementing new processes and tools, ensuring successful stakeholder engagement and adoption.
B2B Pricing Expertise: Extensive experience in B2B Pricing, including deep knowledge of pricing methodologies, best practices, and execution. Ability to creatively resolve a wide range of issues by applying a full understanding of your area of specialization.
Communication and Storytelling: Strong presentation and storytelling abilities, with excellent communication skills to influence and motivate stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Presentation: Proven ability to analyze data from multiple sources, and present your findings and recommendations effectively using storytelling techniques and impactful presentations.
Commitment and Initiative: Highly committed and self-driven, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and develop improved ways of working.
Project Management:Strong project management skills, demonstrating the discipline of planning, prioritizing, executing, and monitoring projects and change activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined time frame.
Innovation and Creativity: Consistently generate new ideas, methods, processes, and solutions. Utilize imagination, creativity, and critical thinking to solve problems and meet needs. Seek new approaches and innovations to improve business decisions, efficiencies, and customer experiences.
Technical Proficiencies:
o Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel required.
o Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
o SQL, Access is a plus.
o SalesCloud knowledge is a plus.
