Responsibilities:
Create KYC Records by sourcing information from internal and external sources within the agreed deadline.
Interact with stakeholders to update the system with information until final approval of the KYC Record.
Review information from various sources for company news and updates.
Validate the information within records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Complete records incorporating local regulatory requirements and global AML KYC procedures.
Identify and perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk individuals related to Foreign Corresponding Banks.
Maintain and demonstrate the status of work using tracking tools.
Report workflow progress or potential escalations to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years’ experience in banking or KYC.
Experience in control, risk, or compliance (AML/KYC) functions is an advantage.
Knowledge of local regulatory KYC/AML requirements.
ACAMS Certification is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong research skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
