Provide application support in accordance with ITIL guidelines within the agreed SLAs.
Monitoring and support of production AutoSys jobs / schedules, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues.
Coordination of production changes across multiple teams including infrastructure and information security, as well as our development and business partners.
Ability to work independently or as a part of the team. The expectation is that this person will oversee day-to-day operations keeping the systems stable and healthy.
Perform hands-on triage and troubleshooting of issues, issue reporting, and incident management. Resolve incidents based on customer defined SLA’s.
Support production release activities.
Perform system debugging/server health checks using tools like Splunk/App Dynamics.
Perform business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
Work closely with developers and business partners on various support requirement, configuration, log management and understand business functions.
Document application support processes and procedures.

Education - B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/B.C.A/M.C.A
Certifications If Any - ITIL
Experience Range – 4-8 years
Foundational skills:
7+ years of IT Experience in Production support for web based application developed in Java/J2EE/.Net technologies, Linux/Unix, SQL/Oracle.
