You will own/support current and future development and maintenance of infrastructure within the pricing pillar (processes & tools)to drive real and sustained pricing performance while comply with EMEA pricing policy.

- Comfortable working with different technologies and quick-learner in new tech projects to improve and automate business strategies.
- Evaluate and improve these tools ensuring they are easy to use and that they deliver value to our customers and to BSC.
- Own the Business Requirement gathering process for assigned technical projects supporting Business – both from divisions as well as from the CoE.
- Bridge the functional and technical understanding for Divisions, CoE and IS department.
- Support technology integration and data management.
- Work in close coordination with the IS department, Global project teams and external 3rd parties to develop, enhance and roll out technologies and processes.
- Coordinate maintenance & user support processes of owned products to deliver the best user experience.
- Project managementskills: Demonstrates the discipline of planning, prioritizing, executing and monitoring projects and change activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe. Experience working with Agile methodologies and Jira is a plus.
- Develops detailed project plans that consider milestones, resource implications, timing and costs.
- Follow up and execute efficiently project plans, budget, resources including external vendors, and timelines to ensure goals are achieved.
- Develops solutions for overcoming risks to ensure project success; recognizes the need to escalate issues when proposed solutions are not producing desired results.

- Understand user needs, define user journeys and use cases, interact and demo products and functionalities to users and influence on them about the product decisions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience of working successfully within cross border and virtual team is an advantage.
- Previous experience of working with IT and solution development teams is an advantage.
- Good business requirements documentation and user stories creation.
- Fluent English.
- Technical experience in the following:
- Good level Microsoft Excel required.
- Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
- SQL, Access is a plus.
- Sales cloud knowledge is a plus.
