About the role:

:

  • Drive alignment with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.

  • Interact efficiently with business stakeholders to define clear requirements, analyzing all the potential business, process, and technological impacts of each one of them, challenge stakeholders to find the best possible and consistent solution. Simple is better.

  • Deliver demos and compelling presentations to relevant stakeholders about product functionalities, new releases, and new requirements.

  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog on a daily basis, understanding dependencies, urgency, and risks, ensuring that development meets the expected timelines.

  • Define internal organization of the technical team and the sprints to build out and scale the digital platform in conjunction with cross-functional partners.

  • Be accountable for the definition of the product development work plan and schedule to build the product.

  • Own long-term product features/functionalities roadmap.

  • Coordinate the product development team to ensure the assigned tasks in the backlog are completed on time and with the required quality, balancing the workload among team members.

  • Ensure all relevant documentation for the project related to product development is updated and periodically review that it meets the quality defined by PM.

  • Identify key roadmap contingencies, including business operations and partner requirements.

  • Ensure integrations with existing systems are maintained.

  • Educational background: relevant Undergraduate or Master's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related technical field).

  • Experience: 7-10 years in similar roles within structured environments, with a deep understanding of industry principles and practices.

  • Expertise in leading large-scale, international digital projects, particularly in early design and development stages.

  • Experience with implementation of impactful digital solutions in global environments.

  • Leadership: proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including technical and change management initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues across various divisions.

  • Business requirements: strong experience in business requirements documentation.

  • Language: fluency in English.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills (required).

  • Tableau or other data visualization tools (preferred).

  • Strong SQL and DB knowledge.

  • Salesforce/Sales Cloud knowledge (a plus).

  • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.

  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.

  • Proactive and driven, with high team collaboration and a cooperative spirit.

  • Adaptable and change-oriented, willing to innovate and drive organizational change.
