You will own/support current and future development and maintenance of infrastructure within the pricing pillar (processes & tools)to drive real and sustained pricing performance while comply with EMEA pricing policy.

Own/support current and future development and maintenance of infrastructure within the pricing pillar (processes & tools)to drive real and sustained pricing performance while comply with EMEA pricing policy, by:

  • Technology Expert:

Own & supportand acts as escalateand
user trainingfor the internal pricing team in coordination with Pricing Intern and junior PO.

    • Comfortable working with different technologies and quick-learner in new tech projects to improve and automate business strategies.
    • Evaluate and improve these tools ensuring they are easy to use and that they deliver value to our customers and to BSC.
    • Own the Business Requirement gathering process for assigned technical projects supporting Business – both from divisions as well as from the CoE.
    • Bridge the functional and technical understanding for Divisions, CoE and IS department.
    • Support technology integration and data management.
    • Work in close coordination with the IS department, Global project teams and external 3rd parties to develop, enhance and roll out technologies and processes.
    • Coordinate maintenance & user support processes of owned products to deliver the best user experience.
  • Project managementskills: Demonstrates the discipline of planning, prioritizing, executing and monitoring projects and change activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe. Experience working with Agile methodologies and Jira is a plus.
    • Develops detailed project plans that consider milestones, resource implications, timing and costs.
    • Follow up and execute efficiently project plans, budget, resources including external vendors, and timelines to ensure goals are achieved.
    • Develops solutions for overcoming risks to ensure project success; recognizes the need to escalate issues when proposed solutions are not producing desired results.
    • Contributes to strategy implementation by aligning own work tasks with the strategy and plan, fully utilizing the BSC change management methodology and toolkit.
  • Proactive thinking:anticipates needs and actions needed on process and technologies and drives necessary activities to execute.
  • Brings Innovative ideas: Generates new ideas, methods, processes, and solutions. Continuously uses imagination, creativity, and critical thinking to solve problems and meet needs.
    • Questions assumptions and conducts root cause analysis to understand the situation, its causes and impacts.
    • Questions existing approaches to develop new methods and offerings; critically evaluates ideas against business goals.
    • Critically evaluates opportunities to improve and suggests creative solutions to increase team/function performance.
  • Subject Matter Expert:Be the expert and internal “go to” person within the team for knowledge on the owned solutions and processes.
  • Data Driven decisions:Support data-driven decisions that shape and deliver the best possible business and customer outcomes.
    • Applies best practice methodologies to identify, gather and analyze customer data from multiple sources; applies technical knowledge and judgement to select most appropriate KPIs and data visualization tools/techniques.
    • Monitors key business performance metrics to achieve objectives.
  • Value proposition:Support analysis and development ofdifferentiated value propositions to promote and sell new ideas and projects.
    • Perform value analysis of new ideas and projects to customers or internal business stakeholders.
    • Generates, tests and refines value propositions and project briefs/proposals based on insights from the value analysis.

Collaboration, Communication and Partnership

  • Develop and implement successful communication plans.
  • Uses storytelling techniques to create, test and refine content, communication flow and cadence in alignment with story vision and value proposition; delivers effective presentations to in-person and remote audiences.
  • Prepare regular updates on status and progress of tools/projects owned/supported.
  • Initiates and expands relationships with internal and external colleagues and stakeholders beyond direct working environment.
  • Influences key stakeholders without authority, focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes to overcome objections and build credibility.
  • Considers links between structures, people, process and technology.

  • Minimum 3 yearsof relevant experience in similar roles within structured environment
  • Professional with deep understanding and wide application of principle, theories and concepts in the field. Applies a full understanding of area of specialization to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Should be able to:
    • Plan, organize non-routine tasks. Good organizational and project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks across different groups.
    • Prioritize assigned tasks and maintain project schedules.
    • Proven ability to analyze data from different sources and present findings, analysis and recommendations clearly in writing and orally.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; including business process and data analytics; able to construct and execute multiple complex analyses.
    • Understand user needs, define user journeys and use cases, interact and demo products and functionalities to users and influence on them about the product decisions.

Other experiences all levels:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience of working successfully within cross border and virtual team is an advantage.
  • Previous experience of working with IT and solution development teams is an advantage.
  • Good business requirements documentation and user stories creation.
  • Fluent English.
  • Technical experience in the following:
    • Good level Microsoft Excel required.
    • Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
    • SQL, Access is a plus.
    • Sales cloud knowledge is a plus.
