As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in an organisation with a strong purpose, a culture that is shaped by Boston Scientific values, behaviours and exciting opportunities driven by our growth strategy. You will partner with a range of different stakeholders including hiring managers, Human Resources team, and preferred agency suppliers. This role is focused on proactively leveraging the Boston Scientific employee value proposition to develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent which will contribute to our ongoing success across Australia and New Zealand.

Proactively engage with internal and external networks to identify potential candidates
Manage the candidate experience, providing feedback and ensuring timely communication
Talent Acquisition Excellence:
Ongoing management of preferred supplier agreement, ensuring effective and successful agency partnerships
Support Talent Acquisition training for all Boston Scientific hiring managers
Identify opportunities to enhance current Boston Scientific recruitment process and brand presence
Leverage Boston Scientific’s recruitment technology
Understand Industry trends and market information to enhance current recruitment processes
Manage and report on talent acquisition analytics
Completing interviews at relevant stages and debriefing on outcome with key stakeholders
Partnering with hiring managers, HR business partners and or agencies to execute offer of employment for successful candidate
Systematically co-ordinating the transfer the information throughout the recruitment process ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for all key stakeholders
Driving the data integrity within the recruitment management system and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with the process
Support relevant regional and local Talent Acquisition projects
Communicates effectively one-on-one and in groups. Openly shares knowledge and expertise. Listens actively and contributes to the open expression of ideas and opinions. Able to manage stakeholders' expectations through regular and responsive communication

Demonstrated experience as a proactive and trusted recruitment advisor

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated 5+ years’ talent acquisition/HR experience with high volume roles
Proven track record in a fast paced, seeking quality outcomes, deadline driven environment
A strong communicator with relationship development experience including the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders through true partnership including hiring manager, candidates, and recruitment agencies
Strong organisational skills and the ability to set priorities to meet competing demands
A flexible approach based upon changing business needs and market conditions
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office and experience with talent software platforms using recruitment management systems
Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. business, human resources, psychology) desirable but not essential
An understanding of HR & IR laws, Immigration and the impact on the recruitment process
Experience within a global organisation or a matrix environment is desirable
