Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring manager / BU Head and analyze the requirement and expectation, identify the best match candidate and conduct phone screening interview.
- Manage effective resourcing timeframes and ensuring that positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates ability to manage own workflow and resolve questions and problems effectively.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment tracker report accurately.
- Develop sourcing channels, high volume and high quality candidate pipeline.
- Preparation of contracts for new hire, make job offer and conduct briefing on Company background, benefits and Company policies.
- Establish good rapport with staff from across the departments.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies /Administration/Managementor equivalent.
- At least 1-4 years working experience in recruitment activities.
- Possess strong drive and enthusiasm with the motivation and credibility to deal with people at all levels.
- Agency experience is acceptable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Results-driven and able to work independently. Must be able to think out box.
- Resourceful, organized, flexible and highly self-motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate with external and in-house recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
- 1 year renewable contract available
