Role and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring manager / BU Head and analyze the requirement and expectation, identify the best match candidate and conduct phone screening interview.
  • Manage effective resourcing timeframes and ensuring that positions are filled in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage own workflow and resolve questions and problems effectively.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment tracker report accurately.
  • Develop sourcing channels, high volume and high quality candidate pipeline.
  • Preparation of contracts for new hire, make job offer and conduct briefing on Company background, benefits and Company policies.
  • Establish good rapport with staff from across the departments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies /Administration/Managementor equivalent.
  • At least 1-4 years working experience in recruitment activities.
  • Possess strong drive and enthusiasm with the motivation and credibility to deal with people at all levels.
  • Agency experience is acceptable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Results-driven and able to work independently. Must be able to think out box.
  • Resourceful, organized, flexible and highly self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate with external and in-house recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
  • 1 year renewable contract available
