Responsibilities
- Responsible for generation and roll out of Offer Letters/contracts and onboarding documentation within defined SLAs.
- Responsible for post offer background checks in coordination with the candidate and the background check vendor.
- Partner with different teams like Facilities, IT, etc for smooth onboarding process.
- Organize & file all new hire documents according to procedure.
- Responsible for creating bizdocs, payments to third party recruitment vendors.
- 2-4 years of experience of HR / Recruitment Operations role.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources environment of IT company is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts. (Shift Time: 4.30 PM to 1.30 AM OR 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with an ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner.
