This is a key role in our campus recruiting function to ensure that we have a coordinated approach to the way we attract, engage and select entry level talent in Australia onto our Early Careers programs.

As a Campus Talent Acquisition Associate in Campus Recruiting, you will manage our Australia campus recruiting efforts on a firm wide basis within the location, reporting to the APAC Early Careers Lead based offshore. The role is responsible for cultivating a talent ecosystem and driving strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. The position recruits talent from universities and high schools across Australia to participate in winter, summer and traineeship programs which are considered the primary pipelines into full time roles within the organization.

Job responsibilities

  • Build and partner with local business stakeholders and the broader regional campus team to formulate an effective recruiting strategy
  • Engage with Program Management and HR Business Partners to understand the needs and demand plans across our core businesses
  • Partner internally with other areas of the organization – including Talent Acquisition Marketing and Employer Brand to create a consistent and engaging candidate experience
  • Maintain positive relationships with universities / high schools and lead the design and delivery of an events plan for both in-person and virtual activity
  • Ensure the business are consistent in interview structure and the evaluation of candidates
  • Partner closely with the Campus Operations team to facilitate a seamless candidate and business experience in line with all appropriate recruiting risk and controls
  • Plan and manage end to end the winter, summer & traineeship programs
  • Provide support, mentorship and be the point of escalation for all interns during a program
  • Lead the selection and evaluation process for offer conversions
  • Utilize data and reporting to identify improvements to existing processes, bringing creative new ideas to the recruiting strategy within Australia
  • Collect, research, and analyze data to identify market trends

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of campus recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Ability to work well in a team and on an individual basis
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities; ability to multi-task
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Excellent communication skills: verbally and written
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
  • Exceptional MS office skills (i.e. Word, PPT, Excel)

  • Work experience within global Financial Services businesses preferred
