Description
Job responsibilities will include:Managing continuous integration configurations.Investigating issues that affect CI availability.Deploying hardware used for testing in our lab, planning and inventory management.Keeping the lab well organized.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience managing continuous integration systems.
- Strong familiarity with Unix based operating systems, preferably macOS.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organization and communication skills.
- Strong systems fixing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Having any of the following are definite pluses for this role:
- Experience working with, and contributing to, large-scale open source software projects.
- Familiarity with Perl and shell scripting.
- Developing or deploying cloud based software, using Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud or others.
- Configuration managements tools such as Ansible, Puppet or JAMF.
- Familiarity with C/C++ or Objective-C.
- Knowledge of application security standard methodologies.
- TCP/IP network concepts and usage of network diagnostic tools.
- Apple hardware troubleshooting.
- Relationship building and technical consulting.
- Experience working with or managing physical infrastructure.
- Statistics and data analysis.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,832 and $205,500 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
