The primary responsibility of the Associate will be to support the Commercial Bankers in servicing the banking & financing needs of Mid-Market clients, deepening existing client relationships and acquiring & onboarding new commercial banking clients' across Hungary.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the acquisition and management of relationships for the Commercial Bank with the objective of revenue growth and good credit quality in line with the strategy of Citi Commercial Bank.

  • Contacts existing clients to expand business relationship and prospect clients to start business relationships.

  • Work closely with product partners to identify proper solutions for clients and with implementation managers, onboarding specialists, KYC Hubs.

  • Identifies cross-sale opportunities that will develop relationships with clients.

  • Provide active feedback on emerging product needs of customers, competitive practices, and ideas on process/product improvement

  • Primary point of contact with customer for all support and documentation related escalations

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in relationship management and or client servicing role within Commercial Banking

  • Knowledge of trade, lending, FX and other cash products

  • Graduate inBusiness/Commerce/Economics/Financeor Banking Diploma

  • Fluency in English and native Hungarian
