Your role:
Perform day-to-day Procurement operations under active guidance of Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead;
Perform operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders Creation;
Stakeholders management and support;
Monitoring and analysis of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval, Parked invoices;
Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support America;
Vendor Master Data Customer Service support America.
You're the right fit if:
Completed university degree on the following areas: Finance, International Commerce, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and/or Business Administration;
Fluent/Advanced English;
Spanish is a plus;
Problem solving thinking;
Urgency sense and Initiative;
Customer Services Oriented Person;
Good interpersonal skils;
Fast learner.
