Your role:

• Perform day-to-day Procurement operations under active guidance of Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead;

• Perform operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders Creation;

• Stakeholders management and support;

• Monitoring and analysis of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval, Parked invoices;

• Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support America;

• Vendor Master Data Customer Service support America.

You're the right fit if:

• Completed university degree on the following areas: Finance, International Commerce, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and/or Business Administration;

• Fluent/Advanced English;

• Spanish is a plus;

• Problem solving thinking;

• Urgency sense and Initiative;

• Customer Services Oriented Person;

• Good interpersonal skils;

• Fast learner.
