As a User Assistance Developer / Technical Writer Intern you will:

• Support the team with various tasks related to user assistance
• Learn and apply the job basics in real work situations – how to write, how to use the relevant systems and processes, DITA, and so on
• Work with a content management system (CMS)
• Writing product documentation for a variety of audiences
• Creating images, infographics, videos, and blogs for your product areas
• Testing the software you describe
• Asking for and implementing customer feedback for your deliverables
• Collaborating with stakeholders to constantly improve the quality of your deliverables
• Research various topics and write reports on the findings
• Work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures

You will get the support and guidance of buddy and experienced team members to onboard and develop your skills.

• Student in Computer Science, Technologies, Business Administration, Philology, Journalism, or other related studies with active student status
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for writing
• Customer oriented

• Self-driven attitude
• Ability to plan and organize work well
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
