In this role, you’ll

After an initial on-the-job training, you will support our international team of technical writers and user experience (UX) designers in:

• Processing and dispatching GitHub feedback (issues and pull requests)
• Collecting the feedback for our help content and sharing it with our team
• Supporting production processes in the content management system (CMS)
• Helping technical writers with other technical tasks
• Taking part in usability research activities
• Providing product information, videos, blogs
• Testing and editing product documentation

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Student in Computer Science, Technologies, Business Administration, Philology, Journalism, or other related studies
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-driven attitude
• Ability to plan and organize work well
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is an advantage
• Understanding of HTML, XML, and Markdown is an advantage
• Knowledge of GitHub is an advantage
• Previous work experience is not required

Additional benefits

The internship is paid, could be full-time or part-time at least 20 hours per week.
