Location:Sofia, Bulgaria (at least 3 days in the office are required)

Expected start date:September 1st, 2024

Working hours: 20/30/40 hours

• Collaborate closely with your mentor, product owner and development team members to gather information on product functionality.
• Develop clear and comprehensive user documentation, such as user guides, tutorials, in-app help, graphics, videos, and FAQs.
• Gain real-world experience in technical communication within a leading global software company.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals and expand your professional network.
• Learn how to work with a content management system (IXIASoft DITA CCMS).
• Contribute to exciting initiatives like GenAI to help us shape the future of user assistance at SAP

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Currenlty enrolled at the accredited University
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Be a collaborative communicator, have strong task planning and structuring skills.
• Passion to translate complex product setups into easy-to-understand content for end-users.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a mentor and team members from the development organization.
• Previous experience with content management systems, or XML knowledge is a plus.
