What you’ll do:
As a User Assistance Developer (Technical Writer) Intern will be required to help the team with specific tasks and later carry some of them out on your own with supervision.
These are some of the tasks that you will be expected to perform:
· Editing user interface texts to ensure usability and people-centricity.
· Reviewing and editing content created by the development team.
· Writing documentation that consultants use to understand, implement, and run the software.
· Providing additional kinds of information, such as short videos or blog posts, as required.
What you bring:
· Excellent written and spoken English.
· University student enrolled in languages, IT, business, communication, or humanities (from the 2nd semester or to graduate in approximately 24 months).
· Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable and clear manner.
· Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage your time on different assignments.
· Ability to work with diverse teams.
