Knowledge, skills & experience
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III/IV etc..)
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards (e.g., COREP, FINREP, CCAR, BCBS 239).
- Good understanding on Credit risk and CCR concepts ( Standardized & Advanced approaches ) on computing RWAs
- Strong Documentation skills (MS office)
- Experience with regulatory reporting tools (e.g., AxiomSL, OneSumX, Moody's Analytics, or in-house systems).
- Ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements (BRDs, FSDs) to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams (finance, risk, IT) and external regulators.
- Ability to validate, test, and reconcile data for accuracy in reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Working experience in complex change projects with cross functional impacts and dependencies

Bachelors/Masters in relevant stream from premier institute
