Knowledge, skills & experience

• Worked with a large Global Finance team that delivers complex and transformational regulatory change
• Experience of Finance and / or regulatory reporting execution and delivery. Knowledge of regulatory rules related to RWAs/ Liquidity & Financial Reporting.
• Understanding of design, reporting processes and systems.
• Advanced technical skills in analytical languages such as Python, SQL, SAS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills. Ability to navigate within the organization
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Additional Skill set needed for ESG BA:

• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, climate-related reporting standards (such as TCFD), and sustainability metrics is also required
• Knowledge of ESG ratings and indices
• Relevant ESG work experience in a corporate or consulting firms
