Knowledge, skills & experience

• Experienced in Risk assurance, control testing, or internal audit engagements with focus on ESG frameworks and climate-related reporting standards.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Experience and understanding of requirements definition and testing in both waterfall and Agile environments.
• Understanding of ESG processes and associated risks and controls. Proficiency in control testing i.e. Design Effectiveness Testing [DET] and Operating Effectiveness Testing [OET].
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey to clearly to senior management/relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to define test approach/ scenarios / test cases and execute the test strategy for Regulatory systems/applications.
• Experienced in Issue Validation - Monitor remediation progress with agreed timeline and perform re-testing post remediation.
• Performed QC to ensure adherence to control testing principles and standards.
• Proficient skills in SQL, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
