Knowledge, skills & experience

• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III/IV etc..)
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards (e.g., COREP, FINREP, CCAR, BCBS 239).
• Strong Documentation skills (MS office)
• Experience with regulatory reporting tools (e.g., AxiomSL, OneSumX, Moody's Analytics, or in-house systems).
• Ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements (BRDs, FSDs) to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams (finance, risk, IT) and external regulators.
• Ability to validate, test, and reconcile data for accuracy in reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Working experience in complex change projects with cross functional impacts and dependencies.
• Years of Experience 2-12 years
