We are looking for an experienced Office Operations & Employee Experience Manager with excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition to keep them thriving and join the team in Tokyo. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches and to be flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You’ll be a strong and reliable support to company operations, from creating the best employee experience and managing vendors and contractors to being responsible for the maintenance of the premises as well as creating procedures. Not only will your effects allow us to achieve organizational efficiency, you will nurture and will take an extensive role in setting the great experience & pleasant work environment that our people love. This role is an individual contributor role and you will report to the Senior Director, Global Procurement and Facilities in the Tel Aviv Office.
