Your responsibilities will include: - Responsible for evolving the Core GI & Infection Prevention product portfolio strategy with input from key opinion leaders
- Develop and execute a multi-year commercial plan ensuring alignment with franchise objectives, divisional objectives, and the strategic plan. Drive execution of commercial plan to achieve franchise revenue, profitability, and budget objectives.
- Effectively lead team of product managers to achieve excellent performance in downstream and upstream marketing activities.
- Develop annual and long-term objectives for direct reports. Measure performance of direct reports against success criteria and provide feedback and coaching. Attract, hire, and develop top marketing talent.
- Evaluate and execute on potential business development opportunities to drive revenue growth globally.
- Lead the development and execution of product launches and consistently employ the principles of product launch excellence.
- Effectively develop and scale relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. Interact and meet with customers regionally to discuss product benefits and unmet product and procedure needs.
- Lead upstream product planning and execution. Interact with multiple functions in support of marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain strong counterparts on global marketing strategies, in Global Supply Chain to drive highly accurate global forecasts and with R&D and clinical to drive execution of upstream programs.
- Demonstrate clinical acumen, strategic thinking, leadership, and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Be an active member of the marketing management team and contribute to a culture of collaboration, diversity, striving for excellence, and winning spirit.
- In all actions, demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Required qualifications: - Undergraduate degree
- A minimum of 5 years of successful related business experience
- Highly motivated with an action-oriented mindset
- Experience planning and managing product launches
- Exceptionally strong collaboration and leadership skills
- Ability to travel 30% mostly domestic with some international travel
