About the role:
will play a critical leadership role within the Peripheral Interventions (PI) division, driving marketing strategy and execution for the Core Arterial portfolio—including PTA, atherectomy, vascular access, and guidewires—targeting the ~$4B global market.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and develop a team of product managers to drive excellence in downstream marketing and portfolio management.
Develop and execute multi-year, integrated commercial strategies for the Core Arterial portfolio in alignment with franchise and division objectives.
Oversee positioning, messaging, and channel strategy for both the Core Arterial and OTH portfolios to elevate brand presence and ensure alignment across global markets.
Partner with sales leadership to define and execute commercial strategies targeting the $1B OTH segment, including customer targeting, pricing models, and solution bundles.
Coach the team to craft compelling, differentiated messaging and create innovative marketing programs and tools to drive preference and market share.
Contribute market insights and strategic guidance to the U.S. Annual Operating Plan, including forecasting and opportunity sizing.
Monitor competitive landscape; lead the development and execution of strategic response plans.
Engage directly with customers and physicians through regular field visits to gather insights, build relationships, and support education and adoption initiatives.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device marketing
Previous experience managing teams or direct reports
Demonstrated success in planning and executing product launches
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with global teams
Strong presentation skills with experience engaging sales teams, physicians, and executives
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s in a related field)
Deep understanding of peripheral vascular therapies or interventional procedures
Experience marketing to OBL/ASC environments
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and innovation
Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
