Your responsibilities will include:

  • Learn the clinical environment influencing the business, including the clinical procedure, the key decision makers, and business barriers and motivations.
  • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including with cross-functional team members, global marketing colleagues, field selling organization, and key opinion leaders.
  • Develop and execute product launch plans including: developing product positioning, defining marketing messages and collateral, developing sales and physician education programs and training both domestic and international marketing and sales teams
  • Contribute to the development of annual plans that clearly outline franchise objectives, strategies, tactics and activities. Execute specific projects and/or tactical plans to deliver profitable growth and maximize global market opportunities.
  • Analyze sales trends and develop financial forecasts. Partner with Product Marketing Operations Manager and supply chain to develop demand plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify unmet customer needs and product solution opportunities.
  • Create solutions, in conjunction with sustaining engineering and quality teams, to optimize product performance in the field.
  • Contribute to the identification and execution of a well-tailored self-development plan.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful related business experience
  • Demonstrated record of success working in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as innovation, planning, and execution
  • Ability to travel 30% mostly domestic with some international travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical device experience
  • Sales experience or product management experience

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
