Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in developing and executing the strategic US launch plan for a new platform technology. Coordinate the tactical plan, refine market segmentation, product positioning, and messaging required to execute the plan.
• Lead the development and implementation of the promotional and educational assets to communicate product positioning and messaging to customers and the sales team.
• Support global expansion efforts in close coordination with regional marketing partners.
• Execute and maintain business analytics to communicate launch progress to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor the market landscape and lead competitive intelligence activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and the sales team – gathering insights to inform marketing strategies.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required
• 3+ years of medical device marketing experience
• Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams, and apply creative problem-solving
• Demonstrated success working as an integral cross-functional team member
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, to include international travel.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA preferred
• Experience with peripheral interventions products and customers

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
