Job Area:

Working in close collaboration with colleagues around the world, this role will:

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to kick off activation 360 across portfolio.

  • Identify opportunities to amplify and optimize project scope based on market research or industry trends, while maintaining alignment to strategy.

  • Develop the Project Workflow in collaboration with Project Mgmt. & Activation Support lead, ensuring it aligns with the overall project objectives & timelines.

  • Review budget requirements with Program Lead and Program Manager.

  • Provide regular project progress updates to Program Manager.

  • Communicate specific needs to Project Manager and multiple internal/external key stakeholders.

  • Lead 360 kick off, brainstorm and recurring meetings with relevant discipline leads.

  • Co-lead progress meetings.

  • Support the Program Manager in resolving issues and mitigating risks.

  • Collaborate with the Measurement & Analytics team to develop comprehensive activation results for review and evaluation.

Experience required:

  • Demonstrated project management within a global corporation, with multiple teams and agencies working remotely

  • Experience with integrated marketing, sports marketing, sponsorship and hospitality best practices and KPIs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

Associate's degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.

• 4+ years of Marketing Communications or related work experience.

• 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).

• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

• 1+ year in a program, project, and/or people leadership role.

Pay range:

$111,000.00 - $167,000.00
