Job Area:
Working in close collaboration with colleagues around the world, this role will:
Collaborate with the Program Manager to kick off activation 360 across portfolio.
Identify opportunities to amplify and optimize project scope based on market research or industry trends, while maintaining alignment to strategy.
Develop the Project Workflow in collaboration with Project Mgmt. & Activation Support lead, ensuring it aligns with the overall project objectives & timelines.
Review budget requirements with Program Lead and Program Manager.
Provide regular project progress updates to Program Manager.
Communicate specific needs to Project Manager and multiple internal/external key stakeholders.
Lead 360 kick off, brainstorm and recurring meetings with relevant discipline leads.
Co-lead progress meetings.
Support the Program Manager in resolving issues and mitigating risks.
Collaborate with the Measurement & Analytics team to develop comprehensive activation results for review and evaluation.
Experience required:
Demonstrated project management within a global corporation, with multiple teams and agencies working remotely
Experience with integrated marketing, sports marketing, sponsorship and hospitality best practices and KPIs
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of Marketing Communications or related work experience.
• 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• 1+ year in a program, project, and/or people leadership role.

Pay range:
$111,000.00 - $167,000.00
