Marketing Communications Specialist, Staff
This role is pivotal in expanding and overseeing our campaign creative framework across global initiatives, ensuring consistency with our brand standards and key campaign messages. You will spearhead the extension and dissemination of campaign materials, offer strategic insights to enhance the creative framework, and oversee relationship with creative production agencies.
Responsibilities:
Establish and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, publishing partners, and creative agency partners. Act as a liaison between creative and media teams to fully comprehend media plans and creative requirements.
Creative Production Management: Lead the extension of campaign assets following established frameworks. Provide strategic input to strengthen and expand the creative framework, allowing for robust extensions across various mediums including video, animation, and static imagery.
Content Production Management: Oversee the alignment of new campaign content development with existing campaign messaging standards.
Creative Asset Distribution: Ensure efficient distribution of creative assets across a global team. Ensure all creative requests are fully informed to source the best creative solutions.
Internal Partner Team Integration: Work closely with Partner Marketing managing OEM relationships. Include managerial oversight in communications or meetings with OEMs.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
· 5+ years of marketing and creative production experience, specifically supporting paid media advertising campaigns.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
· Some travel may be required
· Strong creative background with a deep understanding of the creative process.
· Exceptional project management skills, capable of working autonomously.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to form strong relationships and effectively solicit feedback.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams
· Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

Pay range:
$111,000.00 - $167,000.00
