Responsibilities:
Collaborate with and support digital marketing teammates and cross-functional teams to organize company initiatives into actionable workstreams
Proactively identify project milestones, set schedules, track workstreams and dependencies, and address potential roadblocks
Provide regular project updates to digital teammates and other internal stakeholders as needed
Manage project approval workstreams using tools such as Workfront
Work closely with the Analytics team to provide key insights on digital activities to lines of business
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
lifications:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing and project management, specifically supporting product launches and campaigns
Proficiency in SEM / SEO; paid media; social media; community management is a huge plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, including team and channel management, file sharing etc.
Familiarity with internal ordering and procurement principles, such as SOWs, PO numbers, and approvals
Experience in working with agencies / at an agency
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Responsive, responsible, and data-driven decision-making skills
Willingness to learn and a passion for problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Some travel may be required for team meetings and event support

Pay range:
$111,000.00 - $167,000.00
