Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and support digital marketing teammates and cross-functional teams to organize company initiatives into actionable workstreams

  • Proactively identify project milestones, set schedules, track workstreams and dependencies, and address potential roadblocks

  • Provide regular project updates to digital teammates and other internal stakeholders as needed

  • Manage project approval workstreams using tools such as Workfront

  • Work closely with the Analytics team to provide key insights on digital activities to lines of business

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

Associate's degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

lifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and project management, specifically supporting product launches and campaigns

  • Proficiency in SEM / SEO; paid media; social media; community management is a huge plus

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, including team and channel management, file sharing etc.

  • Familiarity with internal ordering and procurement principles, such as SOWs, PO numbers, and approvals

  • Experience in working with agencies / at an agency

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Responsive, responsible, and data-driven decision-making skills

  • Willingness to learn and a passion for problem-solving

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Some travel may be required for team meetings and event support

Pay range:

$111,000.00 - $167,000.00
