Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies and assets to fuel go to market plans for a range of solutions for the Commercial segmentHelp shape marketing activities by bringing customer insight to the conversation.

  • Define and articulate customer-led value propositions, positioning, compelling reasons-to-believe that reinforce the tangible benefits and competitive advantages of Qualcomm’s products and solutions.

  • Assist in content management, campaign design and execution, creative production, agency management.

  • Develop marketing assets around value propositions to ensure Qualcomm’s teams have engaging, robust and well-thought-out narratives and sales enablement materials.

  • Play a part in evolving how we leverage marketing capabilities to bring products to market more effectively to drive awareness, internal and external, engagement and relevance for all counterparts and customers.

  • Determine the right tactics for each marketing challenge, including content marketing, sales enablement materials, branding guides, infographics, case studies, digital marketing, etc.Partner closely with the Product marketing teams as well as build a strong working relationship with cross functional teams to ensure success.

  • Play a central role with our sales and channel teams by supporting their efforts to drive scale in market while driving consistency of positioning and messaging, balanced with local relevance.

  • Capture learnings and success stories to inform the development of global best practices.

  • Ensure all content and creative execution lines up with Qualcomm & Snapdragon’s brand standards.

  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

Associate's degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Considerable marketing experience (3+ years), particularly in B2B, product marketing, and/or B2C marketing. Experience in PC category preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in translating complex product and/or technical information into clear customer narratives.

  • Strong leadership and standing. Influencer skills for a cross-matrixed organization with sensitivity to target audience and partners.

  • Experience in developing and executing ABM campaigns and familiarity with platforms such at 6Sense

  • Superior project management skills with the ability to run multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at the global/regional or local level.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, manage creative resources.

  • Strategic mindset with ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations.

  • Exceptional skills in time management, facilitation, and organization.

  • Experience with Personalization and A/B testing.

  • Ability to evaluate data and present findings clearly (proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience running campaigns that are data driven and connected across paid and owned.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products including AEM, Target, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, and more. (Desired)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred

Pay range:

$111,000.00 - $167,000.00
