We’re looking for an exceptional leader with:
Sales Leadership Expertise
10+ years of experience in software or applications sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving growth in complex, matrixed organizations. Driving FSI Sales in Brazil
Experience selling to CxO-level stakeholders, with the ability to navigate high-value, complex enterprise transactions.
A consistent record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
Operational and Strategic Excellence
Strong operational skills, including forecasting, reporting, and driving data-informed decision-making.
Expertise in consultative sales, ROI articulation, and strategic account planning.
A deep understanding of SMB including market trends and opportunities for transformation.

Proven success in leading diverse, high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
