As a Sr. Government Reseller Manager, you will be challenged to manage contracts and relationships with Government Reseller for all of Philips products. You will be working strategically at the C-Level and working cross-functionally with the internal Philips sales team.

Your role:

  • Lead and manage the selection, onboarding and evaluation of Government Reseller Channel Partners and create action plan to develop their capabilities
  • Drive and manage Partner results, particular OIT and Sales growth at least in line with Market development for both equipment and service
  • Regularly interface with Government Reseller Channel Partners on behalf of Philips
  • Ensure that Philips BU offerings are ‘partner-ready’ and BU teams are trained in ways of working with partners. Represent the voice of Partner with Philips stakeholders, act as SME on projects related to the indirect business
  • Orchestrate and lead Performance Reviews, including KPI performance review of ECAT / E-Com and Partner Landscape and highlight deviations from target including corrective actions. Perform partner funnel management and derive ECAT / E-Com partner forecast.
  • Develop and deploy Philips ECAT and eStore strategy, including determining bundles for ECAT and eStore to drive Order Intake volume
  • Ensure Partners are positioned with skills/ capabilities, tools, do understand Philips processes & strategies to maximize profitable growth
  • Formulates the future strategic directions for Partner Sales (short and long term)

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in medical device sales to government or government reseller channel sales or related experience for this individual contributor role.
  • Familiar with Government procurement processes, have strategic thinking skills and can change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
  • Understanding of Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) and/or PACS portfolios is a plus
  • Strong business acumen, people and matrix management skills and experience.
