Key responsibilities may include:

  • Data analysis and reporting: Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing sales data from reseller partners to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for growth across different sales channels.
  • Partner performance monitorin g: Tracking key metrics like sales volume, deal registration, customer satisfaction, and partner compliance to assess reseller performance against targets.
  • Market analysis: Studying market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for channel expansion and partner recruitment.
  • Program optimization: Identifying areas for improvement within the reseller program, including incentive structures, training programs, and marketing support.
  • Partner enablement: Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop training materials and support tools to educate and empower reseller partners.
  • Incentive management: Managing and administering incentive programs for reseller partners, ensuring compliance with program rules and guidelines.
  • Communication and collaboration: Maintaining open communication with reseller partners, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates on program changes.
  • Dashboard development: Creating data visualizations and dashboards to present key insights to stakeholders regarding channel performance.

MUST HAVE:

  • 5+ years strong analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Business acumen: Understanding of sales processes, channel dynamics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other data manipulation tools
  • Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

WE VALUE:

  • Prior experience in channel sales, partner management, or sales operations within a technology company.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
