Be an objective stakeholder and work closely with various cross functional teams to design, implement and track the end to end roll out of SMB growth programs. Programs can relate to either the area of reseller ecosystem experience (reseller operations, portfolio management), or full China funnel growth (upper funnel & existing portfolio)
Lead a persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta to reseller and relevant reseller ecosystem players to lift brand awareness and increase share of wallet from other competitor platforms
Influence, build trust and stakeholder alignment across cross functional stakeholders, such as Legal, Sales Planning, Marketing Science, Business Engineering etc.
Collaborate with GCR direct sales team to explore and scale new reseller related initiatives and programs
Drive the internal communications efforts within the Reseller community and the broader cross functional Meta community via the preparation and presentation of materials and programs (such as Reseller Summit etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of project and program management, strategic consulting, finance, ads agency, or related experience
Problem-solving skills, with the experience to synthesize data or pick up trends from qualitative analysis, validate hypothesis and drive executive-level insight and recommendations
Experience in managing complex work streams while maintaining a strict attention to detail
Proven experience of navigating ambiguity successfully in a fast-paced, fast-growing, and dynamic environment
Effective in collaborating and communicating with and influencing across regional leadership
Advanced analytical skills, can draw insights from a massive scale of data
Fluency in Mandarin and English as you will be working with teams and partners whose usual business languages are Mandarin and English
