Required/minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution: You will orchestrate a virtual team and assess customer needs to develop strategies that proactively build a stakeholder network to accelerate and closeAIWorkforceopportunities.
  • & ConsultativeSelling: You will foster and expand Microsoft’srelationshipswith Customer Business Decision. Hunt newAI Workforceopportunities byidentifyingand engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers’ business and technology priorities, governance,decisionand budget processes, and landing the value proposition ofAI Workforcesolutions.
  • Scaling and Collaboration: You will lead the planning,orchestrationand execution ofAI Workforceopportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Technical Expertise: You will leadAI WorkforceBDM and ITDM conversations, share best practices, present solutions with a differentiated value proposition, use casesand key competitor knowledge across solution areas acting as a subject matter expert to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal.
  • Sales Excellence: You will lead and plan for accounts across territories, docompeteplans and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers andmanagesAI Workforcesolutions across the organization.
