- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in game development, AR production, digital video production, or similar.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Experience working with 3D rendering software.
- Familiarity with on-device ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, Core ML).
- Excellent skills in basic modeling, rigging, animation, and texture and lighting.
