Job Description
Sales Target:
- Exceed sales objectives in the Western part of Slovakia.
- Build and maintain business relationships with targeted customers to achieve sales goals.
- Efficiently manage company resources.
Customer Management:
- Engage in meaningful and scientifically valuable interactions with customers.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty to company products.
- Maintain long-term professional relationships with customers and be a reliable reference in the therapeutic domain.
Territory Management:
- Analyze and prioritize business needs and opportunities for target customer groups and individual customers.
- Develop and implement action plans based on market research data for effective territory management.
Administrative Tasks:
- Timely perform administrative tasks such as encoding call activities and post-meeting notes.
- Monitor sales performance and identify gaps vs. targets for effective adjustments.
Teamwork:
- Provide relevant and timely feedback to management on local market environment and own activities.
- Collaborate with the manager on strategic and tactical aspects of products and therapeutic domain.
- Maintain high professional competence by continuously updating knowledge in relevant areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or University degree, veterinary medicine is welcomed.
- Minimum of 2 years field sales experience in Animal Health or related industry.
- Proven motivation and focus on achieving measurable results.
- Competent use of MS-Office and IT technology.
- Excellent communication skills in Slovak and English.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to travel in the region.
