Job Responsibilities:

• Product Specification Analysis & Research – Focused on IT solutions, software, and related hardware.

• Technical Documentation Creation – Preparing product sheets, technical specifications, and presentation materials tailored to the local market.

• Technical Support – Providing expert advice to both the internal team and customers.

• International Communication – Collaborating with the central team abroad to resolve technical inquiries.

• Pricing & Configuration Preparation – Processing software licenses and hardware solutions based on customer requirements.

• Solution Optimization – Analyzing and proposing the most suitable technical and commercial options. • Customer Support – Consulting and communicating with clients and end-users in Slovakia.

• Sales Material Preparation – Creating presentations, tender documentation, and other materials within the product portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5th-year university student or graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in IT, software, electrical engineering, or related fields. Experience with medical products or education in this area is not required.

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, PC hardware, and software installation. Other IT-related skills are an advantage.

• English language proficiency – Intermediate (B2), German is an advantage.

• Strong communication and sales skills, as this is a sales representative position.

• Responsibility and analytical thinking.

• Proactive approach and commitment to work.

• Driving license – Category B.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1500€ + bonuses (600€ monthly remuneration + 4.800€ annual remuneration). The amount of rewards depends on the completion of the objectives.
