Join one of the largest SAP S/4 HANA implementation teams in Slovakia and participate in SAP solution integration projects that address areas such as sustainability, climate change, and the associated ESG challenges.

In our specialist SAP Consulting team, we focus on analyzing client requirements, designing comprehensive solutions, and preparing both functional and technical specifications.

Using modern technologies, we support clients in implementing new solutions and maintaining and optimizing existing ones. Our services encompass configuration, implementation, data migration, testing, validation, and client training, ensuring that clients can manage their systems independently and sustainably in the long term.

As an SAP consultant, you will analyze client needs and assess their current situation and system settings. Based on the findings, you will propose implementation or configuration options to the meet the client’s specific requirements. During the integration phase, you will ensure the compatibility of SAP solutions with other systems. Through testing, you will verify the correctness and functionality of the systems and processes. In data migration, you will focus on transferring the data safely and effectively from legacy systems to new environments. Additionally, you will focus on optimizing and updating the SAP system and its specific modules, as well as ensuring data management and reporting. Your goal will be to continuously support clients in meeting their business objectives, especially concerning their readiness for sustainable business.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Designing SAP solutions and estimating implementation time:

    • Based on the analysis of legislative requirements, customer specifications, and results of EY Sustainability analysis, you will design IT architecture, required SAP products (SAP SCT, SAP EHS, SAP Green Token, SAP SFM, SAP Responsible Design and Production, SAP product compliance, SAP Data Exchange) and SAP solutions to either cover sustainability-related matters or to collect data for sustainability-related needs. Additionally, you will estimate complexity and implementation duration.
    • You will design customized standard SAP solutions to support ESG reporting and sustainability-related requirements.

    Implementation and configuration of SAP ESG and Sustainability solutions:

    • Implement and configure SAP solutions, such as SAP SCT, SAP EHS, SAP Green Token, SAP SFM, SAP Responsible Design and Production, SAP product compliance, and SAP Data Exchange.
    • Customize and implement client solutions if a standard SAP solution cannot fully cover their needs.

    Analysis of sustainability-related legislative and customer requirements, such as ESG reporting, EUDR legislation, RSPO, CBAM, EU Taxonomy, ESRS, ISCC, ISCC+, GHG Scope 1, 2, 3, Plastic Taxes, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR):

    • Understand sustainability-related legislative and customer requirements.
    • Identify gaps between legislative or customer requirements and the current status.

    Integration with customer ERP systems and SAP solutions needed to collect data for the purposes of ESG reporting or sustainability legislation:

    • Configure and customize existing ERP systems for data collection and processing required for ESG reporting.
    • Develop and deploy integration interfaces to transfer data between ERP and other SAP solutions and SAP sustainability tools.
    • Automate data collection and processing to streamline reporting.

    Skills and attributes for success

    • Experience in process consulting and interest in areas such as SAP tools, technologies, innovations, sustainability, and ESG
    • Analytical, technical, and conceptual thinking
    • Ability to comprehensively understand business requirements, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge of SAP tools, as well as those specific to sustainability (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP EHS, SAP Greenhouse Gas, Emissions Management, or similar modules) is considered an advantage

As an SAP consultant, you will analyze client needs and assess their current situation and system settings. Based on the findings, you will propose implementation or configuration options to the meet the client’s specific requirements. During the integration phase, you will ensure the compatibility of SAP solutions with other systems. Through testing, you will verify the correctness and functionality of the systems and processes. In data migration, you will focus on transferring the data safely and effectively from legacy systems to new environments. Additionally, you will focus on optimizing and updating the SAP system and its specific modules, as well as ensuring data management and reporting. Your goal will be to continuously support clients in meeting their business objectives, especially concerning their readiness for sustainable business.

Your key responsibilities

  • Analyze the correctness of both the data and economic results of companies
  • Participate in performing the preliminary and final phases of audits for clients operating in various sectors in the Slovak market
  • Be responsible for testing transactions and reviewing the accounting documentation of audited companies
  • Communicate with clients and ensure smooth cooperation
  • Process and analyze client data in MS Excel and our internal systems
  • Continue training yourself, study ACCA and grow professionally

Skills and attributes for success

  • Designing SAP solutions and estimating implementation time:

    • Based on the analysis of legislative requirements, customer specifications, and results of EY Sustainability analysis, you will design IT architecture, required SAP products (SAP SCT, SAP EHS, SAP Green Token, SAP SFM, SAP Responsible Design and Production, SAP product compliance, SAP Data Exchange) and SAP solutions to either cover sustainability-related matters or to collect data for sustainability-related needs. Additionally, you will estimate complexity and implementation duration.
    • You will design customized standard SAP solutions to support ESG reporting and sustainability-related requirements.

    Implementation and configuration of SAP ESG and Sustainability solutions:

    • Implement and configure SAP solutions, such as SAP SCT, SAP EHS, SAP Green Token, SAP SFM, SAP Responsible Design and Production, SAP product compliance, and SAP Data Exchange.
    • Customize and implement client solutions if a standard SAP solution cannot fully cover their needs.

    Analysis of sustainability-related legislative and customer requirements, such as ESG reporting, EUDR legislation, RSPO, CBAM, EU Taxonomy, ESRS, ISCC, ISCC+, GHG Scope 1, 2, 3, Plastic Taxes, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR):

    • Understand sustainability-related legislative and customer requirements.
    • Identify gaps between legislative or customer requirements and the current status.

    Integration with customer ERP systems and SAP solutions needed to collect data for the purposes of ESG reporting or sustainability legislation:

    • Configure and customize existing ERP systems for data collection and processing required for ESG reporting.
    • Develop and deploy integration interfaces to transfer data between ERP and other SAP solutions and SAP sustainability tools.
    • Automate data collection and processing to streamline reporting.

    Skills and attributes for success

    • Experience in process consulting and interest in areas such as SAP tools, technologies, innovations, sustainability, and ESG
    • Analytical, technical, and conceptual thinking
    • Ability to comprehensively understand business requirements, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge of SAP tools, as well as those specific to sustainability (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP EHS, SAP Greenhouse Gas, Emissions Management, or similar modules) is considered an advantage
    • Knowledge of ESG processes and legislation is also considered an advantage
    • Ability to cooperate effectively across service lines, various teams, and involved parties at different levels
    • Proactive approach, innovative thinking, and willingness to learn and develop in new areas
