Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of operational experience in ANY of the following: operational pre-sales processes for US government customers; operational pipeline creation, managing critical deals, issue resolution, and post-sales deal life-cycle support, "contract to cash" policy management and compliance.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:
- United States Government (USG) contractor experience is a plus.
- Government industry knowledge to shape transformational business deal construction.
- Master’s Degree or MBA.
- A track record of exceptional partnering across a wide array of internal business groups, executive stakeholders and execution partners with ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate uncertain situations to drive for clarity; maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-speed environment.
- Effective communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels.
