What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and talent management goals.
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of the organization's compensation programs.
- Conduct regular compensation benchmarking to ensure that salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives are competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with HR and executive leadership to ensure pay equity and fairness across the organization.
- Working with brokers, oversee the design, communication, and administration of employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's benefits packages are up-to-date and compliant.
- Develop and manage employee recognition and rewards programs to foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Implement performance-based incentive programs that align with organizational goals.
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and deliver communication strategies to effectively educate employees about total rewards programs.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management in communicating total rewards information to employees.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, including benefits providers and compensation survey firms.
- Working with External Vendor, prepare and own all executive compensation materials.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
- 12-15 years minimum experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management.
- Strong understanding of market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
- At least 5 years in leadership role with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee information.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data analytics tools.
- Experience presenting to BOD on Compensation Related Matters

Hybrid work:
Salary Range: $199,000 - $250,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
