How you’ll spend your day

Part of Global Total Rewards CoE function responsible for the thought lead and design of Rewards programs in Teva

  • Business Partner to Head of HR IM and HRDs in International Markets and Israel regions – providing counsel on all Total Rewards matters
  • Leading a global Total Rewards professional team
  • Designing and executing Compensation cross company programs in alignment with Teva Total Rewards philosophy and approach. Contributing to the evolvement of the Total Rewards strategy.
  • Leading end to end Year-End Rewards process in the regions which includes Merit, Bonus, Promotions and Equity
  • Leading the annual compensation review to provide inputs to the AOP, including benchmark approach, market competitiveness and identify special needs to support the business
  • Working in close partnership with the Total Rewards global management team, as well as other teams to enhance efficiency and improve processes
  • Leading change management in the regions
  • Designated focal point to provide advice and counsel to HR community – consolidating the best of corporate guidelines, global practices and the external market
  • Overlooking and governing benefits programs such as medical, pension, car, Health & Wellbeing initiatives and more
  • Managing and working in close relationship external vendors to achieve maximum efficiency and return on investment
Your experience and qualifications

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Mastering the C&B various methodologies, global processes and programs, as well as familiarity with the current and future trends in the Rewards arena
  • Ability to run global and complex programs and process, working in partnership with many different stakeholders
  • Strategic overview and planning
  • Strong quantitative analytic capabilities, ability, and willingness to go into details and learn complex new material
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Office Suite
  • Excellent Collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills — the ability to develop effective working relationships with a diverse and global team and positively impact team’s performance through partnership
  • Excellence in execution— the ability to resolve complex issues and complete multiple tasks within agreed timelines
  • Creativity and change adaptability—the ability to evolve, innovate and drive change among various stakeholders

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economy, Statistics, Human Resources or related field
  • 12+ years’ experience of C&B (e.g. annual pay processes, surveys benchmark, salary review processes, benefits program design)
  • Knowledge of the TR consultancy and benefits market
  • Experience in working with financial concepts (P&L, cost centre management, accruals)
  • Experience in project management and major initiatives implementation in collaboration with numerous stakeholders
  • Experience in big global/multinational pharma companies
