The incumbent will help drive the success of the region with strong focus on Pivot to Growth strategy communications, people, purpose, and performance, supporting cultural shifts and amplifying achievements. Strong command of all communications channels, platforms and strategies is a must.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Set 360 communication strategy for IM aligned with the following focus areas: Teva's Pivot to Growth Strategy, Executive support, ‘We are all in for better health’ purpose, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), functional area support including HR strategy and Healthy future sustainability strategy.
  • End to end internal communications from sharing success to organizational announcement.
  • External communications with strong focus on support to the markets of the region, executive support and government affairs and advocacy related communications
  • Plan and execute relevant strategic advocacy and PR initiatives to support the regional objectives for government affairs, market entry, reputation, and recognition.
  • Increase share of voice on social media for IM region, the markets and the EM leading it
  • Ongoing support for executive presentations, announcements and thought leadership
  • Use of metrics to analyze progress


Org reporting- The role will be reporting directly to SVP HR International markets lead and matrix to SVP global Corp Affairs lead.


Your experience and qualifications
  • Proven experience of leading a corporate affairs function in a global company, across different markets and cultures.
  • Experience in working closely with global senior leaders
  • Extensive understanding of the Israeli eco-system and the Israeli business environment, regulatory landscape, and government operations.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
  • Understanding of the latest trends and best practices in corporate affairs.
  • Experience with government affairs and policies
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to prioritize
  • Strong project management and ability to work in a focused and accountable way under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • High levels of attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence others
  • Excellent and creative written communication skills in both English and Hebrew (mother tongue level).
