The incumbent will help drive the success of the region with strong focus on people, purpose, and performance, supporting cultural shifts and amplifying achievements. Strong command of all communications channels, platforms and strategies is a must.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Set 360 communication strategy for IM aligned with the following focus areas: Teva's Pivot to Growth Strategy, We are all in for better health purpose, Healthy future sustainability strategy and EVP
  • End to end internal communications from sharing success to organizational announcement.
  • External communications with strong focus on support to the markets of the region, executive support and government affairs and advocacy related communications
  • Plan and execute relevant strategic advocacy and PR initiatives to support the regions objectives for government affairs, market entry, reputation, and recognition.
  • Increase share of voice on social media for IM region, the markets and the EM leading it
  • Ongoing support for executive presentations, announcements and thought-leadership
  • Use of metrics to analyze progress
  • The role will require close collaboration with strategic partners including global corporate affairs, HR, cluster leads, general managers, communications leaders in the countries, commercial teams and IM leadership members
Your experience and qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt communication strategies to resonate with diverse audiences across different countries and regions.
  • Proven Experience working in multicultural environments and sensitivity to cultural differences
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including corporate affairs, HR, and country-specific communication leaders.
  • English as a Mother Tongue
  • Able to work closely with senior leaders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to prioritize
  • Strong project management and ability to work in a focused and accountable way under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • High levels of attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence others
  • Excellent and creative written communication skills in mother-tongue English.
