Responsibilities:
Present service contract deliverables reports to customers and Honeywell leadership as required.
Renewal & Growth:
Drive contract renewal process and provide sales support for new accounts or service scope increase.
Operational Support:
Drive Honeywell safety culture and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
Use SFDC tools for order to invoice management.
Ensure financial health of agreements and timely invoicing.
Ensure adherence to global quality processes and implement improvements.
Ensure Service Management System and ERP system integrity.
Contribute to accurate forecasting for all financial aspects of LSS contracts.
Work Force Planning:
Provide SIOP labor planning in line with backlog and front log.
Training and Development:
Support the rollout of processes, tools, and initiatives.
Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements:
YOUR PROFILE
Recognized Industrial Automation & Control technical training or other relevant certificates or equivalent experience.
Work Experience Preferred:
10 Years of process automation industry experience
5 Years of experience supporting a Services organization with exposure to periodic customer contracts.
Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required:
Sales and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and contract management.
Driving license required.
Behavioural Competencies Required:
Proven effectiveness in a highly matrixed organization.
Ability to successfully manage many tasks at once.
Ability to handle varying workload and priorities.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Local territory-based with travel requirements within the territory exceeding 30%.
